YOUR WINS

I feel like we've all heard the phrase - CELEBRATE YOUR WINS Today I'm celebrating a win that has been happening for 6 years and counting. One that I doubted I would be able to accomplish let alone celebrate. It's a WIN that all started when I realized that no one was coming to save me and if I wanted change to take place I had to help myself.

So on 10/11/15 I looked in the mirror and made a conscious choice to help myself and ultimately make the most positive lifestyle change for me. I leaned on family AND FRIENDS as I entered the uncertainty of what was to come. It's been an amazing journey that has opened my eves, my mind, and my heart. I've grown spiritually, personallv, and have become passionate about #maketime4wellness

As I write this I'm sitting in San Diego staring at the Pacific ocean with smiles for miles and full of gratitude. Gratitude for all those who continue to support me on this journey and for my willingness to step into the unknown and change.

I'm celebrating this WIN today doing what I love and will continue to do so each day going forward. I intend on living a life centered around helping/inspiring others to Maketime4wellness, taking care of my health/wellness, and having faith in the unknown.
