What others are saying…

  • "This is how I make time for wellness..."

“As I sit here in my doctors office waiting for a dermatology screening, I’m glad to know I’ve made time today to take preventative measures for my skin health. When I think about this morning, I’m grateful I made time to work out with my sweat circuit team. As I go about my day, I will make time to buy nourishing food for dinner and take mental pauses to ground myself between clients. This is how I #maketime4wellness.

For me, wellness is living in balance, listening to my inner voice and my body. It means practicing self love and giving myself time and space to gain the energy I require to not only thrive in my own life, but to inspire and plant positive seeds in the lives of those around me. Wellness doesn’t have to mean a major overhaul of lifestyle. It can mean incorporating moments throughout your day, week or month to show yourself kindness and respect.”

  • "...a journey into self love..."

“What happened for me is a journey into self love, fitness, and a focus on mental health. These choices have created an avenue for me to challenge myself and to work on getting better each day.”

  • "Listen to your body and honor what it's asking for..."

“For me, wellness is many things. I make time for wellness by focusing on a DESTRESS protocol (Diet, Exercise, Stress reduction, Toxin elimination, Rest, Emotions, Supplements, Success-mindset). I think wellness could be many things for many people but it really is just making sure you listen to your body and honor what it's asking for.

More and more I realize I need community and a sense of belonging to feel wellness. Whatever wellness is for you, I hope you honor yourself enough to #maketime4wellness.”

  • "MT4W..."

Making time for wellness has taken more of a front seat for me as I’m getting older and dealing with injuries. Rather than stopping certain activities I push to over come the injuries so I can continue to do what I love.

It’s not a one time or seasonal thing it’s a lifetime dedication.
